One of the greatest hazards for truck drivers, especially when maneuvering in tight spaces such as freight depots, ports or when driving through urban areas, is the blind spot. It is not possible for the driver to maintain full visibility of the entire area around the vehicle at all times. This ingenious product addresses this problem. Using a combination of lights, sound and projection onto the ground, the blind spot alarm reduces accidents caused by the blind spots of trucks by more than 90%.

Market insight

The truck audible and visual alarm is mainly installed in the driver’s blind area on the right side of the vehicle. When there are pedestrians and objects in the blind area of the vehicle, (to be used with the blind area display), the audible and visual alarm generates harsh light and issues voice reminders and alarm sounds such as “the big car is dangerous, please stay away”, which are used to remind outsiders and drivers in the car to ensure pedestrian and driving safety.
